These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and gameph1 ("gameph1," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the gameph1 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on gameph1, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as players.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of gameph1, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the gameph1 Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.

gameph1 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, or other age-verification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.

Each individual may register only one (1) gameph1 account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your gameph1 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gameph1 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify gameph1 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. gameph1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

gameph1 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where gameph1 has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided during registration is inaccurate, false, or misleading.

gameph1 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your gameph1 account dashboard.

All funds deposited into your gameph1 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. gameph1 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification requirements. gameph1 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks.

gameph1 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. You may be required to provide supporting documentation, including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership, before a withdrawal is approved.

All transactions on the gameph1 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

gameph1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. General bonus conditions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the gameph1 account verification process and meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.

All games available on the gameph1 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

gameph1 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random, fair, and independent of previous results. The RNG systems used by gameph1 are subject to independent testing and certification by recognized gaming testing laboratories.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, gameph1 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. gameph1 reserves the right to void any game round affected by a technical error that materially affects the integrity of the outcome.

The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for gameph1 slot games represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions or players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gameph1 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to launder money or use the gameph1 Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true location or identity.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to access or use your gameph1 account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the gameph1 Platform or the experience of other players.

All content on the gameph1 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of gameph1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gameph1 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

The gameph1 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of gameph1. You may not use any gameph1 trademark without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gameph1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the gameph1 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

gameph1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gameph1 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gameph1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gameph1's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

gameph1 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on gameph1, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gameph1 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and gameph1 cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

gameph1 may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties where required by applicable Philippine law or by order of a competent court or regulatory body.

gameph1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your account settings, including:

Upon termination of your account for cause, gameph1 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account, including any bonus funds and associated winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You may close your gameph1 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

gameph1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where practicable, gameph1 will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to the address registered to your account.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
